Board of Trustees
McKenzie has a Board of Trustees consisting of the Principal and
Deputy-Principal (ex officio members), an elected staff representative, and five ministerial appointments. Up to four other members may be co-opted.
The BOT meets on the 4th Tuesday of each month.

Staffing
McKenzie Residential School has approximately 40 fulltime and part - time staff. This staff is led by the Principal who is assisted by the Deputy Principal and Assistant Principal.
Principal - Greg Healy
Academic Programme - led by the Deputy Principal - Jeanette Tod
Includes Teachers with classroom and pupil transition responsibilities and a Teacher Aide.
Residential Programme - led by the Assistant Principal - Steve Thomas
Includes Residential Social Workers, Assistant Residential Social Workers, Residential Assistants and Night Attendants.
Support - led by the Supervisor - Wendy Falconer
Includes Residential Assistants and the Gardener/Instructor. The Support team looks after the kitchen, laundry and general household areas and has oversight of pupil welfare.
Administration - led by the Administation Manager - Barbara Wood
Includes Accounts Administrator and Administration Clerk.
